HR Generalist (12 Month FTC) | Part-Time | Bath
A leading management consultancy are currently looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join a small team based out of their office in Bath. This is a part time position, ideally 22.5 hrs per week over 3 days, for a fixed term contract of 1 year.
Although operating in a generalist HR context, the main focus of this role will be Learning and Development which will be delivered through a truly business partnering approach, supporting employees and managers within a growing organisation. Key deliverable's will be around the management and development of Job Descriptions, Appraisal processes, Development and Training Plans as well as Graduate, Promotion and Mentoring programmes.
To be considered for this unique opportunity a strong background in Learning & Development will be required with the ability to work in a face paced environment, act on your own initiative and be comfortable engaging with internal stakeholders at all levels within the organisation
