Looking to move out of a recruitment agency and build on your creative recruitment expertise? This is a great opportunity to join one of London's most exciting creative branding and design agencies in a newly created position as Talent Manager. Based in gorgeous offices in a great central London location and supporting a lively, sociable, high-performing team of staff,  you will be reporting to the Operations Director, responsible for supporting the delivery of all aspects of recruitment across London and New York. Great scope for career progression. 

The role will cover 

- managing the recruitment for the business, proactive sourcing potential candidates and maintaining relationships with suppliers

- assisting managers with interviewing, feedback and onboarding 

- managing all direct recruitment activity and employer branding

 - assisting with training and induction programmes 

- helping to ensure compliance and keeping up to date with new legislation and policy change

The successful candidate will need

- recruitment experience in the creative sector, either client side or as a recruitment agency as a consultant

- superb attention to detail

- the ability to communicate confidently with people throughout the business
