My Client, a charitable organisation supporting people with learning disabilities, mental health and the elderly require a recruitment co-ordinator to join them on a permanent basis.
Providing a pro-active recruitment co-ordination service across the organisation you will be a proactive individual ready for the next step in your HR career.
Key responsibilities will include :
• Providing the recruitment manager with a first class recruitment service across the organisation
• Using social media, recruitment agencies and job boards to create appropriate and cost effective advertising
• Updating recruitment databases with vacancies and applications
• Organising shortlists and co-ordinating interviews
You will be a highly motivated individual with an adaptable approach in order to meet tight and changing deadlines. Possessing excellent communication and organisation skills, you will have a genuine passion for customer service and providing candidates with a good experience.
