I am currently recruiting for an inspirational HR Shared Service Team Leader to manage and develop a small, relatively newly formed HR Operations team for 12 months to cover a period of maternity leave

My client is an internationally known organisation, with stunning modern city centre offices

The Role

Reporting into the Head of Reward & Performance, the HR Shared Service Team Leader will lead a team of 5 to deliver efficient HR assistance to employees and line managers

Key Accountabilities

* Lead and motivate the HR Operations Team
* Monitor workload coming in via the 'AskHR' inbox and phone line
* Manage multiple stakeholder relationships, to deliver on expectations
* Review current processes to identify opportunities to streamline and improve service
* Monitor performance of HR Operations team against agreed SLA's

Key Experience/ Skills

* Previous experience of managing HR Operations, ideally in a shared service environment
* Experience of leading and motivating a small team
* Comfortable in working in a fast paced environment, open to change
* Track record of process improvement and efficiency
* Ability to occasionally travel to other offices if required

This role is being offered on a 12 month FTC, with a salary of £35,000 - £40,000 + benefits
