Recruitment & Retention Manager
I have an excellent opportunity for Recruitment and Retention Manager to join a prestigious client based in Surrey.
Reporting directly into the Head of HR Operations you will manage a strategic and operational recruitment function, providing a proactive and effective service. In addition to this the post holder will maintain and extend expertise, working in partnership with key stakeholders to promote the profile of the institution.
Key responsibilities will includes:
- Manage a proactive overview of strategic procedures and inform the Head of HR Operations on recruitment and retention issues.
- Manage the recruitment team effectively and undertake performance related issues.
- Build and maintain a professional network of best practice groups.
- Oversee appropriate advertising and branding, maintaining working relationship with external media sources delivering campaigns.
As a professional HR recruitment expert you will be a forward thinking, results-focused individual. Possessing excellent management skills, extensive experience of recruitment and selection and a proven ability of delivering a high quality, customer focused service in a large organisation.
It is essential that you are CIPD qualified.
