Talent Acquisition Specialist
We have registered a fantastic newly created opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the in-house recruitment team at an expanding organisation in South Oxfordshire. In this role, you will be responsible for the end to end experienced hire recruitment process, ensuring an effective and high quality candidate pipeline.
As the face of the company, your responsibilities will include:
- Full recruitment life cycle
- Searching and selecting hard to find experienced candidates
- Assessing and qualifying suitable candidates
- Managing interviews
- Delivering exceptional candidate experience
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level, or equivalent and will have previous experience of hard-to-find talent sourcing within a fast-paced environment. A proactive and hands on approach is key and you must be confident in using your own initiative to take action. You will have outstanding interpersonal skills and the confidence and ability to communicate with all levels within the organisation and with potential candidates.
