A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager within a large Peterborough based organisation.
Reporting into the Head of HR, and working very closely with the HRD you will work very closely with Senior Directors across the business.
Key areas of responsibility include Organisational Development, Employee Relations and Learning and Development.
You will provide strategic, high quality advice and support to Senior Managers with a coaching approach along with being responsible for driving the management development programme to support development plans across the unit supporting personal and business growth.
