Recruitment & HR Lead (FTC)
We have just registered an amazing opportunity for a Recruitment and HR Lead to join an internationally reputable organisation based in North Oxfordshire for a period of 9 months – with the chance of going permanent for the right candidate!
This is an exciting and varied role where you will be responsible for:
- The full 360 in-house recruitment cycle
- Carrying out DBS checks and reference requests
- Keeping the HR information System and all HR documentation up to date
- Organising staff training and appraisals
- Assist with other ad hoc generalist HR duties as necessary
To be successful in this role, you will have good practical understanding of generalist HR or recruitment duties and have strong administration skills. You will be proactive, confident and able to hit the ground running with excellent attention to detail and be a good communicator with stakeholders at all levels. The ability to work at speed and adapt to an ever-changing workload is crucial so you must be comfortable in this environment. It would be desirable if you are CIPD qualification.
