Your new role
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the HR department, this includes managing a small team and all operational and strategic HR tasks. This includes ER, end to end recruitment and change management. You will support key stakeholders and staff across the business.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be CIPD qualified and have an in depth knowledge of employment law. Aside from being technically competent you will also be friendly and approachable and have an "open door" attitude to HR.
