I am currently recruiting for an inspirational HR Shared Service Team Leader to lead and develop a small HR Operations team for 12 months

My client is highly prestigious organisation and a leader in their field

The Role

Reporting into the HR Service Manager, the HR Shared Service Team Leader will lead a team of 5 to deliver a fluid, efficient HR service to employees and line managers

Key Accountabilities

* Lead and motivate the HR Operations Team
* Manage multiple stakeholder relationships, to deliver on expectations
* Review current processes to identify opportunities to streamline and improve service
* Monitor performance of HR Shared Services team against agreed SLA's
* Act as escalation point for complaints etc.

Key Experience/ Skills

* Previous experience of managing HR Operations, ideally in a shared service environment
* Experience of leading and motivating a small team
* Ideally CIPD Qualified
* Track record of process improvement and efficiency
* Ability to occasionally travel to other offices if required

This role is being offered on a 12 month FTC, with a salary of upto £35,000 benefits
