Are you seeking a new HR career opportunity? Working within the public sector arena you will be responsible for overseeing and developing the existing HR department, developing the HR function into a more commercially focused environment.

Your new role

Overseeing the HR team, taking responsibility of developing policies, procedures, supporting with all transactional HR, working closely with the senior management team, advising on recommendations across the business and implement new processes to focus the organisation and drive the commercialisation project. Also develop the HR system, employee engagement, recruitment and retention and ER process.

What you'll need to succeed

A minimum 3 years HR management experience, level 5 CIPD qualification or above, previously experience of developing a HR department, strong employment/ER exposure, engage well with others and have previous stakeholder management.
