I have an exciting opportunity for a highly credible Head of HR, with a natural coaching style, to support my client for a minimum of 12 months

Based in the West Midlands, my is a recognised leader within their field with a high intellect workforce, undergoing significant change and transformation

The Role

Reporting into the Director of HR, you will have overall responsibility for the day to day management of the transactional HR service to the organisation, including resourcing, payroll and project activity

Key Accountabilities

* Overall management of a team of up to 30 people
* Provide coaching and development to individuals
* Drive service excellence across the function through developing your people
* Managing project activity including GDPR work and service improvement.
* Working with key stakeholders to understand how the service can be improved

Key Experience/ Skills

* A fantastic Head of HR, with a natural coaching style
* Experienced of working in a high intellect workforce - such as professional services, higher education or consultancy
* Highly articulate and engaging, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage and challenge strong personalities
* Manage and lead a team to deliver excellent results

This role is an FTC for a minimum of 12 months. This is a single site role, based in Birmingham.

The package on offer is £60,000 - £70,000, with fantastic benefits package.
