Partnering with a successful entrepreneur is a fascinating opportunity and is certain to offer an exhilarating career move.   We’re looking for a HR Director with a track record of success in identifying, acquiring, and hosting the best talent in their field to deliver organisational success across a diverse business portfolio and private family office.  Creative and courageous to develop and deploy new approaches - challenging the status quo will certainly be your norm – galvanising thoughtful intellectual and enterprising debate within the SMT to conceive ‘best in class’ solutions that will deliver strategic aspirations. 

You’ll perform at your best in a role that requires your strategic contribution and hands-on operational delivery in equal measure.  Providing advice and guidance on Board composition and identifying Executive Talent will be an early priority – but you’re also the one to make this happen – building an infrastructure across the employee lifecycle to support the Group’s current operating model and evolve with the rapid growth within their investment portfolio.

So the practical stuff … If you’re an HR and Talent leader with experience of working for a Private Equity/VC/Investment House and consulting to their Portfolio businesses, we’d love to hear from you.  This role is based in their beatiful Estate in the South West but if you're not local, you can enjoy c.3 days pw here with the team and combine this with an element of remote working.  Experience of working within a Family Office would also be advantageous.  In the first instance please forward to us your CV/resume and we’ll be in touch very soon.
