We are looking for a very experienced HR Advisor/Manager - used to dealing with high complexity and a myriad of demands and priorities across all disciplines.
You will have a high attention to detail, an agile and enquiring mind and a proven ability to influence and coach staff at all levels.
This is a challenging role supporting staff and managers in a pragmatic and supportive way, while also supporting managers to manage to policy in a consistent and appropriate manner.
The ideal candidate will be extremely organised, have natural empathy and the ability to analyse complex data sets to identify trends and movement to report back to managers and leadership in relation to all people aspects of our business. You need to have a natural resilience and ability to be objective, supportive and positive even in the time of high pressure and volume to help us help our business and add direct value at all times.
