The Opportunity:

Your role within the team is to develop the training & learning systems and conditions needed to support a major cultural and people development change in our organisation.  

We are looking for an expert completer-finisher in robust, scalable training design programmes who can capture and shape how learning goes on in our organisation. Core focus will be on training programme design & delivery (professional, vocational and technical) as well as providing strong technical expertise around virtual learning environments (online and offline), webinars, podcasts, webex, social media and the building of resource libraries.

About You!

This opportunity has strong coaching & mentoring elements; we want someone who really understands how to help our people learn. You will be conducting learning needs analysis, designing a range of both site-based and learning based programmes, linking into our succession planning and ensuring learning agility across all disciplines; planning, mapping and managing the development & progression of our people and identifying top internal talent via the Carey Academy.

This will initially be a project-based role taking an 18-month transition view - shifting our talented workforce from where we are today, to a better place for tomorrow. Beyond this stage in our development, there will be a long-term opportunity for continuing helping us evolve.
