HR Manager (maternity cover up to 8 months)
We are looking for a proven and well-established HR Manager to join the Operations team at an exciting time of change, following the launch of our new brand proposition and expanded services that we will launch in February 2018.
The HR Manager will contribute to strategy, manage competing priorities and be the point of contact with the rest of the organisation for all HR and learning related issues to ensure that Elliott Wood is recognised internally and externally as the Employer of choice in its industry.
The ideal candidate will have experience in leading a HR team and driving key initiatives to support the organisation to meet its business goals.
Key areas of focus during the period will include:
- the development and implementation of leadership and management skills across the organisation
- embed roles and responsibilities as part of the organisations new senior team structure
- develop and contribute to the implementation of a culture change programme
- review and align all policies and procedures with the new brand
This role will suit a creative and strategic thinker with previous experience in coaching a management team as part of a leadership programme and someone who can inspire and lead a team around them.
