We are currently recruiting to new role of HR Adviser to join our small but busy HR team.
Reporting to the HR Manager, this is a varied generalist role where you will be required to provide first point HR advice, alongside taking a proactive approach in overseeing operational aspects of HR; to include pre-employment checks, recruitment, induction and probation periods. There will also be an opportunity to actively support nurse recruitment strategy and produce our internal staff newsletter.
You must be CIPD Level 5 qualified and be able to demonstrate experience of providing pragmatic HR advice, and drafting HR documentation.
