HR Director across the SWECET Trust
The South West Essex Community Education Trust (SWECET) are looking to appoint a Trust HR Director to our growing Multi Academy Trust. We are looking for someone with drive and passion to deliver responsive and practice HR support and solutions across the Trust to ensure that we continue to provide the very best educational opportunities for all students. The post will initially be based at William Edwards School and across Academies as necessary.
As our HR Director you will:
• Develop and deliver people management strategies which support the Trust’s overall strategic aims and objectives;
• Be expected to contribute at both a strategic and operational level in order to identify HR priorities and recommend appropriate people management solutions which support business aims;
• Be responsible for providing expert professional advice and support on all aspects of people management which reflects current employment legislation and best practice;
• Manage HR employees across all schools in the Trust.
The ideal candidate should ideally have experience working in Education HR, management experience will be CIPD qualified to at least Degree Level, however it will be expected they would continue with their postgraduate qualification. They will be able to demonstrate their knowledge of Employment and Education Law.
