Reporting into the HR Director

The role will be responsible for:

The company talent acquisition marketing and employer brand efforts including program design and making these available on a tool-kit basis to the units to utilise in various recruitment initiatives and channels.

Serving as a subject matter expert and consult with the units on all employer brand touchpoints, including diversity, onboarding and candidate experience

Providing thought leadership, consultancy, best practice expertise and guidance for unit/country/division strategic projects via the community of practice

Setting group recruitment requirements and ensures recruitment frameworks align with the company competency frameworks

Working in close collaboration with the units develops employer value proposition and external brand with respect to recruitment including social media strategy and communication on diverse employer rating platforms

Identifying and implementing social media recruitment best practice an emerging trends. Create ongoing social media campaigns for talent attraction and brand engagement and define and measure tracking mechanisms to optimize social engagement across platforms

Understanding how to calculate the value of an employer value proposition and able to articulate and present progress and impact recruitment campaigns and the success rate of different channels

Providing input and feedback on market trends to ensure that the company employment offer remains attractive and up to date for new hires

Ensuring that the recruitment strategy provides a diverse candidate pool

Identifying new ways to source candidates particularly for scarce / new skills identified by the business

Supporting activity that will assist in achieving making this company THE Place To Work

Drafting submissions in support of employer ranking activity

Identifying ways in which under-represented groups can be attracted to the company and developed within the organisation to ensure they have a diverse workforce and share proposed methodologies

Working closely with the brand team to ensure their employer value proposition is consistent with the company brand

Managing corporate recruitment social media stories to convey corporate culture and differentiate this company from others

Developing the 'core' onboarding material for use by units - maximising the use of digital and online content
