HR Assistant – 3 months



Due to an internal secondment, our Colchester based client is looking to appoint an HR Assistant for a temporary contract for approximately 3 months. You will be responsible for providing an effective administrative resource.

This is a busy & varied role and it is envisaged that your main responsibilities will include:

  • Resolving queries and completing processes in a timely and efficient manner with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assisting on ad hoc projects, providing support where required.
  • Supporting with learning & development activities as required.

To be successful you will have previous experience gained within an HR environment as well as good systems and administration skills. You will be able to manage a high volume of work and be comfortable prioritising your own workload. Ability to work in a team is essential, as is a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual of graduate calibre who is looking to utilise their existing HR administration experience in a fast-paced & professional environment.
