Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this leading Financial Services organisation based in Bristol to recruit an experienced Reward Manager.

Reporting to the Head of HR, we are looking for a specialist Reward Manager / Head of Reward to provide a comprehensive service to a highly reputable, 1400+ employee business. You will be a technical expert, with significant experience of developing substantial Reward and Benefits, ideally gained within financial services, or similar.

This hands-on role will see you managing one member of staff, whilst taking ownership of;

* Pay and Bonus - Salary bench marking, annual pay reviews, salary increases, gender pay gap etc.
* Incentives - design and review specialist incentive arrangements, Co-ordinate the Reward Governance Committee, manage share options and long-term incentive plans
* Benefits - Manage the administration and communication of a flexible benefits scheme
* Executive Remuneration - Support the HRD and Remuneration Committee by chairing meetings to provide Remuneration advice and guidance, prepare the Directors' remuneration reports, ensure that reward arrangements comply with regulatory requirements and prepare annual remuneration policy statements.
* Projects - Any projects or adhoc Reward / Benefits related work, as directed

We require an individual who has a proven proficiency in all of the above, coupled with a HANDS-ON approach - you must be comfortable managing Reward strategy, budgets and working with senior managers / executive board colleagues, as well as in the 'muck and bullets', producing reports, analysing data, dealing with third parties and managing escalated queries.

You will have the ability quickly build strong stakeholder relationships and be used to working in a large volume, complex, time pressured environment. The successful individual will be highly numerate with advanced IT skills, able to provide meaningful and concise management information and statistical data, in a clear, comprehensible format.
