HR Business Partner

This is an amazing opportunity for an established HR professional to join a well-respected and long-established organisation based in Wallingford. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to the commercial division, including advising on a broad range of HR matters and delivering HR projects.

HR Business Partner Responsibilities

Reporting to the HR Development Manager, day to day duties will include:

  • Support for Compensation and Benefits
  • Managing the end to end recruitment process
  • Taking the lead on various HR projects
  • Talent mapping and employee engagement
  • Ensuring employment law is adhered to

This is a true HR generalist role so your duties will not be limited to the above.

HR Business Partner Experience

To be a successful HR Business Partner, you will:

  • Have an experienced and recent generalist HR background
  • Experience of working on HR projects is ideal
  • Strong Microsoft officer user
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Be a confident, flexible and approachable with a ‘can do’ attitude
