A Compensation & Benefits Assistant role based in Birmingham on a fixed term contract for 12 months

Your new role
The Compensation & Benefits Assistant will support the Reward team in the delivery of a remuneration and benefits service across the organisation. The key responsibilities will include processing reward based administration, supporting the annual flexible benefits enrolment and annual salary review processes, providing an employee benefits advisory service, coordinating employee recognition schemes and producing management information reports. The role is a fixed term contract for 12 months.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be experienced Compensation & Benefits/Reward Assistant or HR Administrator with strong reward and benefits exposure. It is essential that candidates are professional, well organised and committed to delivering excellent internal customer service. Candidates will have worked within a Professional Services environment previously.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £21,000 to £23,000 dependent on experience.
