Following the appointment of a new HR Director and the development of a new, innovative HR strategy, we are introducing a number of key roles to our HR team to support its implementation - making this an exciting opportunity for a Head of HR Business Partners to deliver the creative solutions that will guide people and business growth.
This brand-new role offers all the freedom and autonomy you need to lead your team in delivering a strategic HR plan that supports delivery of our wider business plan. That will include working with and deputising for the HRD, partnering with your peers in Clinical Operations, supporting the Head of Learning & Development and working with colleagues across the business to roll out the HR strategy and implement good practice.
You’ll also ensure newly acquired practices are welcomed and inducted the Medivet way and both shape and own our ambitious operational, cultural and employee engagement journey.
With substantial experience gained at senior level in a similarly dynamic, multi-site retail or service organisation, with a significant focus on colleague engagement; you’ll already have strong experience of both operational and strategic HR. More importantly, you’ve already helped to lead the design and roll-out of large scale transformation and are hungry for more – to really make your mark. So, you’ll also be a thought leader, can create energy with your stakeholders and quickly establish the kind of credibility essential to influencing decision-making and guiding change. Creative and tenacious, you’re also a confident communicator, eager to engage and inspire your colleagues at every level.
