A Recruitment Assistant is required to join a growing business in South Oxfordshire. Competitive salary.

Your new company
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Administrator to join a busy HR team within a dynamic company. Due to continued business growth, my client is seeking an additional team member in their Recruitment function to support the current Recruitment Manager with day to day operational and administrative tasks. This is a permanent opportunity to start as soon as possible.

Your new role
You will be joining an effective recruitment team where you will have responsibility for ensuring that all prospective employees receive a smooth and positive experience when joining the business. This will involve coordinating interviews, sending out offer letters and contracts, processing rejection letters, assisting with screening candidates, giving feedback and keeping in touch with prospective employees, updating line managers on progress and gaining references. As a proactive individual, you will also have the opportunity to get involved in a variety of ahoc tasks in addition to this in order to broaden your skills and experience.

What you'll need to succeed
As the Recruitment Assistant, it is important that you have demonstrable experience within a recruitment team, whether that be as a recruiter or as an administrative support to the recruitment team. It is essential that you understand the recruitment life cycle and pride yourself on ensuring that all prospective employees receive the best customer experience during this process. You will be process driven, highly organised and an excellent communicator at all levels. Due to the location of the office it is important that have access to your own transport.
