Description

* co-ordinating all payroll data
* data entry
* checking payroll data is accurate and correct
* handling payroll and pay queries
* liaising with the outsourced payroll provider
* payslip distribution
* support on all HR Administration
* employee life cycle; starters, leavers etc
* recruitment administration
* minuting HR meetings
* all ER paperwork
* Payroll checking
* Liaison with third parties
* Employee query resolution
* Payslip distribution
* Ad hoc reporting
* Employee Benefits
Administration of Private Medical Insurance scheme
* Maintenance of Company Car scheme records, co-ordination of new car requests, quotation and queries
* Liaison with third party providers
* Administration of GPP and AE Pension Schemes
* HR Administration
Production of standard letters and correspondence
* Starters and leavers maintenance
* Ad hoc requests


Profile

* To be considered for this role, you must be qualified in both Maths and English and have experience in a similar role. This is a dual HR & Payroll position so experience in both is ESSENTIAL.
* Recent experience within a payroll team
* Team player
* Excellent Customer Service skills
* Can use your own initiative and work to deadlines
