HR and Payroll Administrator - International Aid Charity- South West London

Your new company
A successful and well regarded international aid charity, who are renowned for making positive impact are recruiting for a HR and Payroll Administrator. A permanent position has arisen following a recent change in the team for an experienced HR and Payroll professional to join this friendly and committed team. Reporting into the HR Manager you will be responsible for maintaining and developing best practises in HR and the Payroll department.

Your new role
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll (40%) and HR administration (60%) . Your role will involve processing monthly payroll maintaining records of new starter information, pay changes, holiday pay and bonuses. You will ensure timely and accurate payments in accordance with tax and verifying calculations and entitlement of sickness, maternity/ paternity and holiday. You will take ownership of managing all year end (P60s) submissions and RTI processing dealing with HMRC. Your role will entail managing the employee lifecycle including issuing contracts, reference requests, maternity and pension letters. You will collaborate with the HR Manager in maintaining HR records (health and safety, personnel/volunteers) and personnel files.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR and Payroll professional with sound administration skills. Candidates will processing a strong track record of processing in house payroll and strong working knowledge of calculations, RTI and year end processes. A strong working knowledge of HR processes and best practice.
