Human Resources Adviser

Your Tasks

  • Providing a comprehensive HR support and advice service to management and employees.
  • Managing general and specific HR queries and developing effective working relationships with internal and external parties, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements considering risk, HR best practice and policy.
  • Supporting managers and providing advice in relation to absence management, discipline, grievance, flexible working requests, family leave, changes to terms, etc.
  • Assisting with international assignments/mobility, liaising with group colleagues, assisting with sponsorship, visa, and work permit requirements.
  • Undertaking strategic project work and contributing to continuous improvement measures.

    Our Requirements

  • You have a Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or equivalent.
  • You are a CIPD Member (Minimum Associate or Chartered).
  • You are up to date with knowledge of relevant legislation.
  • You operate with a high standard of personal integrity and understanding of a need for total confidentiality and data protection matters.
  • You possess an intermediate standard of IT skills and competent use of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel Outlook, Access) and with experience of SAP advantageous.
  • You have good numerical, written and verbal skills, highlighting priority to attention to detail and accuracy.
  • You have a full driving licence.
