Senior Organisational Development Advisor
We are about to embark on year two of our ambitious and aspiring People Strategy at LCC. While we have made an impressive start, we now want to cultivate and develop this further in line with our key strategic themes of performance management, leadership, enablers and equalities.
The post of Senior Organisational Development Advisor will oversee the project management and development of a range of core OD business processes including performance management, 360 appraisal, coaching, employee attraction, engagement and retention activities to support LCC’s values and behaviours and performance objectives.
Our preferred candidate will contribute to our transformation agenda at organisational, team and individual level to ensure performance through effective diagnosis, development and implementation of OD interventions, principles and practices. While working within the wider People Services Team, and managing a workload commissioned by HR&OD Business Partners, you will also be responsible for managing a small team of OD Advisors.
To be a success in this role you will have experience in implementing OD theories into practice in line with the organisational requirements. You will be able to demonstrate your competence as a leader, display behaviours to support and articulate our vision and strategy, and have a passion for driving through change. Developing and maintaining great working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders, representing the People Service department at meetings and leading the way on OD initiatives will be well within your capability.
