An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Coordinator to join the team within Bright Spark Care, a dynamic and established organisation based in Farnborough, Hampshire.  Our business has been through substantial growth and constant demand, including Live In Care. In support of this demand and expansion period we are now looking for a HR Coordinator to take a lead in supporting the Operations Team with the recruitment of Carers.

In this role you will support the business expansion through providing efficient and cost effective recruitment while promoting our business brand and values. As a HR Coordinator you will be responsible for the day to day KPI target of new carers attending and passing our carer training week, starting work and ensuring a recruitment success with each candidate. The role is predominantly telephone based, you will be managing call volumes and will also be responsible for candidate screening, administration of candidate files, references and DBS checks.

The successful individual will have the opportunity to travel to recruitment events, as well as extensive ongoing training and career development opportunities!  The working environment is both fast paced and productive and requires individuals that have experience at working at pace on high volume roles.

Role Responsibility...

*Management of candidate pipeline and complete candidate journey from initial enquiry to employment start date

*Ensuring that all recruitment processes are adhered to

*Providing recruitment guidance to Line Managers

*Working within best practice guidelines to comply with industry regulations

*Operating within agreed SLA's

*Managing the Application Tracking System

*Telephone screening and carrying out face to face interviews

*Candidate compliance

*Involvement in on-boarding activities

The Ideal Candidate...

You will ideally have experience within an in-house or agency recruitment role or have a real passion for recruitment and career progression in mind! What you must bring to the role is strong interpersonal and communication skills, be self-motivated, independent and able to manage your time effectively. You will also be confident, tenacious, enthusiastic, adaptable and able to work in a changeable and fast paced environment!
