Job Purpose:

You will provide pro-active and re-active support to people across NRW, both to individuals and groups, as we prepare for, then implement, Organisational Design, a major change programme affecting us all. You will be an expert in supporting cultural and structural change with deep technical expertise and substantial experience in these specialist areas:

  • Supporting managers to identify the training needs of their teams to support both technical and other skills development and new desired behaviours in line with our developing values;
  • Supporting managers to develop confidence and competence around our change management policies and their implementation;
  • Supporting individuals to make appropriate decisions around their future, including outplacement support;
  • Identifying wellbeing needs and take appropriate actions to mitigate any negative impact of change at all levels.
