Reward Manager, London, c£65,000 plus excellent benefits, 12-month fixed term contract.
Our client, a large leading organisation who are going through an exciting period of change, now require a Reward Business Partner to join their existing HR team for a period of 12 months.
As Reward Business Partner you will report into The Reward Director and form part of the wider HR team. Acting as a true partner to the business you will be responsible for leading and developing a range of Reward incentives across the organisation whilst actively improving existing compensation and benefits schemes and participating in adhoc Reward projects. You will be responsible for coaching and supporting on all Reward activities including salary benchmarking, pay reviews and bonus and incentive plans whilst leading on the design and implementation of job families.
An experienced and credible Reward professional, you have the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and have a proven track record of commercially adding value within a fast-paced multi-site environment. A true business partner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills you will have gained your experience from within commercial, ever changing environments where HR is seen as a true added value partner. This role covers two sites and therefore flexibility on travel is essential.
