Reward & Benefits Advisor

My client, a professional services business are looking for a Reward & Benefits Advisor to join their fantastic HR department on an 18 month contract. The company itself prides itself on its 5 core values and is a great place to work.

The successful Reward & Benefits Advisor will be exposed to a very busy working environment and the right person will be expected to have excellent stakeholder management skills, and really be able to hit the ground running.

Salary on offer is up to £40,000, comes with 23 days holiday and a fantastic flexi benefits system with deals at gyms and the ability to buy more holiday

The Role

The Reward & Benefits Advisor will be responsible for dealing with a number of different projects both small and large and will have responsibility for all the reward elements of the business including data analysis and salary reviews.

The Candidate

As the successful Reward & Benefits Advisor you will have the following key accountability's:

* Working to develop the reward strategy for the business
* Respond to colleague queries relating to reward & benefits
* Review and analyse data to be able to recommend any changes to the reward & benefit function
* Take full responsibility for salary reviews
* Lead the annual implementation of the flexible benefit program
* Manage and conduct job evaluation and bench-marking
* Lead on a variety of new and existing projects

It would be highly beneficial for you to be:

* CIPD part or fully qualified
* Strong background in Reward
* Excellent excel skills and a great ability to manipulate data
* Experience working with 3rd party suppliers
* Strong knowledge of HR systems and reporting
