Senior HR BP - £75-85k plus car allowance & bonus – East Midlands & Travel

This is an excellent opportunity to join a market leading manufacturing and engineering organisation who are looking to strengthen their HR function with the appointment of a senior HR professional.

The Functional HR Business Partner brings people management expertise to business decisions and strategies and secures and delivers HR interventions and programmes to achieve business goals across the Western Europe, Middle East and Africa region. The Functional HR Business Partner drives their Region’s People Strategy process, including Organizational Capabilities, Talent Management, Labour and Employee Relations, and Leadership development. Additionally, the Functional HR Business Partner is a Change Leader and supports business leaders to become talent champions.

Organizational Capabilities - the Functional HR Business Partner will analyse the current organizational capabilities to deliver the business strategy and will identify and act on gaps versus required capabilities.

Talent Management - the Functional HR Business Partner will be responsible to support the Operations, HSE and Quality Business Leaders in all talent activities to ensure the right talent in the right place at the right time. They will coach leaders on using the talent related tools, support elements and how to act as "talent champion".

Supporting HR Delivery Model - leverage good practice, share knowledge and experiences, avoid duplications but customize current tools and programmes, connect with SSO and CoE to ensure that the interfaces are efficient and effective.

HRBP support – the HRBP will business partner the HO Operations and HO Quality and HSE of the WMA Region by supporting on the Reward Cycle, Talent Cycle and Governance and driving People related actions for the functions.
