Our client is a successful international pharma company.


As the Talent Acquisition Specialist - IT for this company in Maidenhead, you will be responsible for all recruitment and workforce planning for the IT team. You will partner with internal teams such as HR Operations and COEs, as well as working with HRBPs and site managers to understand and fulfil staffing objectives to meet the needs of the business.

You will manage the full lifecycle of recruiting including; stakeholder consulting, posting jobs, developing and executing recruitment plans, sourcing and screening candidate resumes, assessing talent, interviewing candidates, as well as developing and extending formal offers of employment.

Key Duties

* Work with the Senior TA Consultant and RPO team to ensure effective recruitment campaigns, sourcing strategies and pipelining of candidates.
* Ensure recruitment needs and performance outcomes are met for the business and within the scope of the budget for the fiscal year.
* Review candidate resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements. Create and communicate pre-screening questions to hiring managers for collaboration and approval. Pre-screen candidates prior to presentation.
* Recruits candidates and extends offers of employment to selected candidates in collaboration with the hiring manager and HR Business Partner, all the while operating within the guidelines of the company's compensation policy and Global Talent Acquisition standards.
* Partner with shared services team to ensure effective onboarding and hiring practices.
* Utilise Workday to ensure compliance in all recruiting/hiring activities.

* Excellent IT recruiting experience - preferably from an in-house recruitment perspective.
* Experience recruiting for roles such as Infrastructure Design Engineers, Solutions Architects, IT Project Managers, Design Architects etc.
* Pharma experience would be desirable but not essential.
* Outstanding stakeholder management skills.
* Able to persuade and influence.
* Able to take ownership and deliver.
* Able to absorb pressure and appear calm, professional and unflustered at all times.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with Workday would be desirable but is not essential.
