An education organisation in Kent is looking for a new Resourcing Partner to join their HR team for a one year fixed-term contract.
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Communications, you will be responsible for delivering recruitment projects and ensuring a high quality, effective resourcing service.
- Optimise resourcing procedures to ensure they are fit for purpose and align with the organisation’s strategic objectives
- Train, motivate and manage the resourcing team to ensure they maintain the standard of the service
- Lead on recruitment projects that add value to the organisation and verify their compliance with legislation and best practice
- Contribute to the continuous development of resourcing and recruitment procedures
This is an exciting opportunity for a either a Resourcing professional or a strong HR generalist with recruitment experience to improve resourcing strategies and operations in an innovative education organisation.
