This Head of Engagement, D&I & Reward role responsibilities are;

* Embedding an Employee Engagement strategy to continuously improve working relationships with employees

* Measuring employee engagement through the use of annual engagement surveys and supporting the business to action plan improvements
* Accountable for the Diversity & Inclusion strategy by developing, implementing and constantly refreshing the strategy and its application to ensure we are an employer of choice to the communities we serve
* Ensuring the business has a proactive health and well-being strategy
* Responsibility for all internal communications, pushing technological innovations in how and what we communicate to employees, ensuring every piece of communication is seen as an employee engagement opportunity
* Continually improving the employee recognition and benefits packages, ensuring that we are current and competitive and in line with legal requirements
* Responsible for all aspects of Job Evaluation (Hay)


As the Head of Engagement, D&I & Reward, you will be confident and assertive - with an outgoing personality and an informal, yet professional style. You must be able to communicate effectively to all areas of the business; grassroots to leadership.

You will have a proven track record of understanding how Employee Engagement needs to be at the heart of the business planning process. You will need to be able to articulate a clear vision, delivering it with an authentic, open and transparent approach. Thinking ahead of the game, anticipating business needs you'll need commercial nous, as you'll be expected to get best value for the business with all initiatives. You will not be afraid to challenge what is seen as the norm, you'll relish the challenge that this varied role brings.

Managing a small team, you'll understand how best to empower them whilst ensuring high standards of delivery and you'll take pride in making a difference.

Job Offer

* £50,000 to £55,000 per annum DOE
