12 month FTC opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to add value to a Norfolk based organisation.

Your new company

A highly reputable organisation, who are currently undergoing a high level of change, are currently seeking an experienced Business Partner to join their team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Your new role

As a HR Business Partner, you will play an active role in the strategic decisions and changes to the organisation. You will work closely with leadership teams and provide support on HR related topics, whilst establishing effective partnering arrangements with respective Leadership Team members and managers in their areas of responsibility.

Areas of responsibility will include:

* Developing an understanding of strategic plans and overcoming challenges in order to provide practical HR solutions
* Ensuring company legislation and policies are adhered to throughout all departments
* Supporting change management initiatives and dealing with complex employee relations matters
* Coaching and mentoring respective HR Officers and Administrators
* Providing advice on people management such as best practice, employment legislation and policies relevant to the situation
* Supporting HR Managers with recruitment, succession planning and talent management
* Providing technical HR advice including termination of employment on the grounds of redundancy, conduct, capability and performance for reasons, considering all aspects and consequences of such advice and considering the need to refer to specialised legal advice
* Representing HR management in meetings with internal or external stakeholders
* Demonstrating a [proactive approach to achieving individual and team targets

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be considered for this role, you will have proven experience of operating at a Business Partner or equivalent level, with a sound knowledge of employment law and strategic HR processes. You will have experience of training line managers and be an influential leader with the ability to build relationships. You will also be part CIPD qualified and ideally hold project management experience.
