A commercially run not-for-profit organisation in West London is looking for a new Employee Engagement Lead to join their team on a permanent basis.
Within the broader HR team, you will help to develop an engaged workforce and lead on associated projects and reporting.
- Create tools and resources that aid senior management in enhancing engagement plans
- Manage the annual external surveys, acting as an expert on interpreting results and optimising return rates
- Design and implement a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy that sets clear objectives
