HR Advisor | Values Driven Organisation | South West
An opportunity has become available for an experienced HR Advisor to join a highly regarded and truly inspirational organisation based in Dorset. Part of a collaborative HR Generalist team, you will support a dispersed employee group across the South West, Wales and Ireland so regular travel during the working week including overnight stays will be a key characteristic of the position.
Key deliverables of this role will be developing and maintaining fantastic stakeholder relationships to support managers and employees with generalist HR support, guidance and advice. Employee Relations advice and case work will be a key element of this remit and so prior experience of complex ER cases is critical. This is all within an incredibly values driven environment where a culture of engagement and continuous improvement is both a current and ongoing focus for the HR team.
A broad and well established HR knowledge and experience, particularly focused on Employee Relations will be critical to being considered for this opportunity, as will an ability to build fantastic stakeholder relationships and a willingness to undertake extensive travel during the working week. A full UK driving licence is also essential.
