HR Business Partner

As HRBP and reporting in to the Senior HRBP/Head of HR Business Partnering, you'll be responsible for partnering with the management team to deliver a highly effective HR strategy and ultimately to drive performance through people. As a respected member of the HR management team, you'll also be expected to contribute to the development of HR strategy and policy, driving the people agenda across the whole business.

We are looking for a talented individual with experience of working in partnership with senior managers, you will have the proven ability of developing a wide network of relationships to understand business trends and anticipate key issues. You will be expected to be able to demonstrate extensive generalist HR experience at operational/tactical level alongside strategic HR expertise.
As a proven HRBP you will have a demonstrable track record in delivering quality HR services to a business area or unit within a matrix, commercial environment. When listing your achievements you will be able to evidence the delivery of change plans and organisational design. With significant commercial results and the ability to act as a future focused, catalyst for change. You will be able to demonstrate achievements in building confidence and an appetite to deliver change at the right pace - focusing business leaders on developing the right talent, capability and culture.
