Organisational Development & Learning Manager
My client, a large healthcare provider based in Hertfordshire is seeking an Organisational Development & Learning Manager to join their ODL team on an interim basis to over a gap within the team.
Working in a team of 5 and reporting to the Head of ODL, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of training programmes, mainly soft skills, to employees across the organisation. This will involve some travel to sites across Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.
I am looking for candidates with experience working with the NHS, other healthcare providers with experience of delivering the following training courses:
- Time management
- Emotional intelligence
- Managing conflicts
- Capability Management
- Managing organisational change
- Bullying & harassment awareness
- Using OLM E-learning platform
- British sign language
