Our client is a leading organisation within the Financial Services and Professional Services sector.

While this role is based in the city of London this client has a highly regarded Diversity & Inclusion Policy that is Global in it's implementation.


The role is based in London and as Senior Diversity and Inclusion Manager your responsibilities will be:

* To ensure that all diversity and well being initiatives are being implemented and adhered to throughout the business

* To be responsible for the international programme and creating impact organisation wide

* To ensure well being activity is incorporated into all HR and business processes and policies and ensure regulatory requirements are met

* To drive the diversity and well-being strategy across the UK and international offices

* Link in with US colleagues to drive a consistent approach to our corporate responsibility, diversity and well-being agenda.

* To co-ordinate and project manage diversity and well-being initiatives

* Work with the internal teams and key stakeholders in creating opportunities to collaborate and engage with clients and deepen these relationships through our networks and directly with stakeholders

* Develop and manage relationships with key professional bodies and providers and represent the organisation, where appropriate, on external forums and working groups

* Work closely with the PR team to ensure careful management of the organisation's image and messaging on diversity and well-being, including handling press related queries

* Work closely with external bodies to benchmark progress against best practice and keep up to date with the latest development in diversity and well-being research and thinking

* Complete external benchmarks and award submissions such as Stonewall, Times Top 50 Employers for Women, Top 50 Social Mobility Employer etc/

* Manage internal and external diversity and well-being communications and branding including the international diversity brochure, intranet and external sites, social media, and weekly bulletin

* Manage the diversity and well-being budgets

* Manage and lead on driving forward the network activity

* Design and deliver the diversity and well-being induction session to new joiners and existing staff


Experience in creating and delivering HR/D&I projects, including change programmes;

Strong written and oral communication skills

Ideally Professional Services / Financial Services background.

Excellent presentation skills

Creating and managing communication strategies (with help of others)

Proficient IT skills - Microsoft Project skills, Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills

Results oriented and able to drive change
