HR Business Partner
A health organisation in Central London is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their diverse team for 6 months.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will liaise with the senior management team to support the provision of innovative health services and commercial HR solutions.
- Support the strategic objectives of the organisation through the implementation and development of HR strategy and departmental plans
- Lead on complex employee relations and workforce issues
- Advise on a range of HR issues including recruitment and selection, performance management, absences and disciplinaries, best practice and HR systems
- Experience within the NHS
