Our London based client is a boutique privately owned Tech firm seeking an experienced Generalist HR Administrator with at least 2 years' experience. This is a fast paced and demanding role, so you will need to be well organised, have excellent communication and people skills and be adaptable to an evolving environment.

We are seeking candidates with background in Tech ideally.

We are looking for candidates with strong combination in the administration of the following areas:

New Starters

* Create documentation for all new starters, including employees, interns and consultants
* Greet the new starter on their first day and collect all documentation
* Process all new starter documentation, including contracts, personal forms, benefit application forms etc.

Immigration

* Ensure 'Right to Work' documents are received before employee's start date and a robust system is in place for checking expiry dates of visas/work permits

HR Processes and Letters

* Update HR systems for all employee changes
* Ensure the organisational charts are updated daily based on all employee changes

Employment Relations

* Update the ER tracker as directed by the HRBP
* Attend weekly HRBP meetings

Terminations

* Issue leaver letters
* Notify all appropriate stakeholders regarding the leaver, including Payroll, IT, Facilities and Reception

HR Data and Reporting

* Enter and update employee data onto the HR system and ensure accurate records are maintained
* Run reports as required by the HRBP

You will have:

* Committed to working towards or hold a graduate level CIPD qualification
* Experience in HR administration in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in creating new administration processes
* Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Person Specification

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Excellent organisational skills and following processes from beginning to end
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
