Your new role

Your new role as HR and Payroll Coordinator will primarily involve being the sole point of Human Resources contact for approximately 100 staff, encompassing standard operational HR functions whilst operating on a strategic level to ensure pay grading and job profiles are suited to function, and to ensure training and development needs are met. This role will see the implementation of an Annual Appraisal process to be started.

In addition to the Human Resources function, you will be responsible for processing multiple payrolls on a weekly and monthly basis. As well as running the payroll, you will be involved in the automation process and systems engagement.

What you'll need to succeed

Alongside a strong background in Human Resources, you will be able to process end to end payroll, and be able to work in a stand alone position. You will be experienced in running multiple payrolls, both weekly and monthly. As well as this you will have a personal interest in automating and continuously improving processes.
