Our client is a global Asset Management firm with an unparalleled reputation across international markets. Poised at an exciting stage in their growth in Asia the need has arisen to hire a seasoned Talent Management professional of the highest calibre to join their regional HR team in Hong Kong. This is a senior and critical position for the company and poses exciting challenges and opportunities for the successful candidate.

Working closely with and reporting into the APAC Head of HR, you will be helping to strategise, support and implement their ongoing talent management programme. This role will be involved in leading on a wide range of areas from Performance, Leadership, Change, Engagement, Development, Coaching & OD and will actively develop deep relationships with both the senior leadership team and HR individuals across the region.

To qualify, you will be a passionate degree-educated HR professional with a stable track record within Talent Management roles in best practice environments across Financial Service industry. Detailed knowledge of and experience with training needs assessment, program design and development, and vendor management from working in the Asia Pacific region is advantageous. You must have the energy and gravitas to execute strategic initiatives and the passion, credibility and maturity to deal with a challenging position. In addition, you must be highly agile, assertive a team player, have high levels of integrity and business acumen, excellent interpersonal skills be able to be 'hands-on' when required. Above all you must have passion, gravitas and a confident, results-driven approach. Trilingual fluency (English, Cantonese and Mandarin) is a prerequisite.
