The opportunity

Our success is based on our people, and we now have an exciting career opportunity for a Human Resources Advisor to join our team in High Wycombe.

The Human Resources Advisor is responsible for delivering an efficient and professional operational HR service across the business with a strong focus on recruitment.

A true generalist role, you will build relationships with people managers and use your expertise to advise and coach them on a wide variety of people issues, from recruitment and development to employee relations and everything in between.

Due to our ambitious growth plans, the role will have a special focus on recruitment and you will be responsible for managing this from start to finish. 

Additionally there will be the opportunity to get involved in a number of projects within the NanoAnalysis business as well as as part of the wider Oxford Instrument group HR team. 

About you

Ideally possessing a CIPD qualification, you will have strong recruitment skills coupled with rounded generalist experience.  You will be comfortable communicating with all levels within a company and have a customer focussed, commercial approach to your work.  Proficient using a variety of software is a given as is excellent organisation skills.
