Morgan Law are working with a local authority in Essex who are seeking a new HR Officer to join their team on a 12 month FTC.
The emphasis on the role is very much about being up to date with best practice/employment law and having relevant recent case work experience. You will need to have experience of disciplinary, grievance and change.
You’ll be working in a small team during a time where the organisation is going through a transformation programme.
This role is available on full time basis. It’s crucial that you have experience of complex ER to apply for the role.
