Our London based client is a Management Consulting firm seeking an experienced Generalist HR Coordinator with at least 2 years' experience. You will be working with a corporate client group of 180 individuals. Reporting to the Senior HR Manager and working along side one Senior HR Coordinator you will gain exposure to a different range of HR responsibilities. This is a fast paced and demanding role, so you will need to be well organised, have excellent communication and people skills and be adaptable to an evolving environment.

We are seeking candidates with CONSULTING background.

We are looking for candidates with strong combination in the administration of the following areas:

* Performance Management
* General HR administration; references for leavers, tenancy agreements, banks, new joiners
* Taleo experience:

* New joiner offer letters in Taleo and online onboarding

* Updating changes in HRIS
* Running headcount reports
* On-boarding process for new joiners
* Updating of HR policies/T&Cs with any new legislative changes
* Supporting the team on recruitment and training when needed
* Visa requests
* Leaver process for exiting employees
